INSTANT PIZZA CRUST & LEFTOVERS

So while I was bored some time ago, I went for a little walk at the cold storage and came across Betty Crockers's Instant Pizza Crust and I just had to get it. I planned to make some pizza but never got to it.

So a few days ago, my mum had some leftover minced beef in the fridge and I didn't want to let it go to waste so I whipped up a Turkish Pide, which is something like a pizza but with folded sides, or flatbread.

All you have to do is to flatten the dough on an oven tray with cookie sheet. Sprinkle some flour and olive oil on it so it's easier to get the pide off. Next, sprinkle your choice of topping. For me it was basil minced meat cooked by mu mum. And top it off with some shredded cheese. Place in the middle rack of the over, heated at 180 degrees for 20-30 mins, till crust have cooked inside and out.

FRENCH TOAST

French toast is one of the easiest breakfast dishes you can whip up. Not to mention how good it tastes, leaving you a cinnamon sugar whiskers. So here's how you make them.

You will need:

2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 slices of bread
Sugar & cinnamon

1. First, add in the vanilla to your eggs and whisk.

2. Slice your break into triangles

3. Heat up your oiled pan. Do not add too much cause you don't want oily toast!

4. Dunk your slices of bread into the egg mixture. Make sure they're fully covered. Dunk them one at a time as you place them on to the pan to cook. While waiting for you toast to cook, you can prepare you sugar and cinnamon mix. Just mix sugar and cinnamon and a bowl and you're good to go!

5. Flip your slices to make sure they are evenly cooked at both sides. Remove from heat once the slices are browned and crispy to your liking. Place them onto kitchen towels to remove excess oil.

6. Once the slices are cooled a little, you can roll them around the cinnamon sugar.

And you're all done! If the cinnamon sugar is not sweet enough for you, you can dip them with maple syurp. YUM.

CHEF NORA'S SCRAMBLED EGGS

Decided to make myself a good ol' breakfast the other day and whipped up some scrambled eggs!

You will need:

Half a french onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
5 eggs
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter

Heat up the olive oil in deep saucepan. Once heated add in the chopped onions. Once they are slightly browned, add in the tomatoes and the green bell peppers. You can then add in your salt and pepper to taste. Once they are nicely browned, take them off the heat and set it aside.

Now with a clean sauce pan, place under low heat and add in the butter. Leave to melt and boil.

Once you see the bubbles in poppin up, its time to add the eggs.

The stirring part is a little tricky. I followed this video to get the perfect consistency.

Alright, so before you finish cooking your scrambled eggs, when it's still watery, add in your sauteed veggies.

Mix them up real good and you're done!

You can also add ham or eat it with a side of toast! I decided to go with tortillas.
